Biography
From Arnaldo Vacca and Alfio Antico, he learned traditional and modern techniques. He studied zarb (in Iran), riq, and darbouka (in Damascus). He collaborates with national and international groups and artists, participates in numerous events and festivals, and has several recordings to his credit. Since 2005, he has been leading the project “Cornici Dal Mondo Tamburi Della Pace,” an exhibition of over 150 frame drums from five continents. He teaches in several schools, often with children at risk and children with disabilities. He enriches his live set with beats and sounds typical of Campania, enabling the fusion of electronic music with a more authentic and local approach.
